This is a reminder from one of my favorite columnists that in our own back yard we still have monsters. Fidel has long been an ally of all movements anathema to the U.S. He has also started drilling for oil with China just off the Florida coast. Hugo has snuggled closer to Iran in recent times and recently signed a major arms deal with Russia. Let's not forget our neighbors in our fight against terror...
