The Clinton-Carter "diplomacy" with North Korea is paying off - for North Korea! The nuclear reactors Bubba gave them sealed with Jimmy Carter's indecent kissing up to this lying, barbaric, Communist regime have been distilled, apparently, to produce nuclear weapons. Even Madam Albright has admitted that North Korea "cheated" on the deals made with the Good Ol' Boys (as she herself admiringly clinked champagne glasses with the little guy in the bad haircut?) Of course they're now playing the boring, neo-cliche', about how it's all President Bush's fault. Yawn! But here's one of the most insidious and loathing
